Vintage Chaise Longue – Restoration Project

Beautiful vintage chaise longue, originally brought from Germany to Ireland in the 1950s. Has a lovely classic shape, button-tufted back, decorative braid trim, and carved wooden legs.

Condition:
Reupholstered some years ago

At least one spring has gone in the seat area (needs repair) (you notice this when you sit in one particular section)

Small tear in the fabric on one side seam (see photo)

Legs show normal age-related wear

Structurally solid frame – excellent base for restoration or reupholstery

Perfect for someone who enjoys upholstery/restoration projects. These older frames are very sturdy and hard to find now.
