For sale is a vintage solid oak tabletop book trough, dating to the early-to-mid 20th century. Very sturdy construction featuring traditional mortise & tenon pegged joinery and rounded upright ends.
Substantially longer than standard desktop racks at 88cm, making it ideal for a home office desk, sideboard, or counter top to display a collection of hardbacks or reference books cleanly.
Shows lovely natural oak grain and a nice age-related patina. Solid wood throughout with no loose joints or structural issues.
