Vintage 1969 Ibanez Classical Guitar model 11

In perfect condition a classic, highly sought-after guitar with parchment scroll-style label that read "Ibanez" at the top with "Nagoya, Japan" printed clearly in the center. On the headstock inside soundhole is marked 1969 11.
The Nagoya Connection: In 1969, Hoshino Gakki (the parent company of Ibanez) was based entirely out of Nagoya, Japan. Rather than building acoustics in-house at the time, Hoshino [system removed] with top-tier, legendary Japanese luthiers and wooden workshops in the Nagoya region to construct their high-end nylon-string instruments.The Scroll Label Era: This specific scroll border design was only utilized by Ibanez during the late 1960s to very early 1970s. By the mid-1970s, Ibanez updated their branding to standard rectangular labels and began transitioning much of their production over to the famous FujiGen factory.
The Model 11 Status: In the late '60s catalog, the single and double-digit models (like your Model 11) were built as foundational, high-quality instruments meant to showcase the resonance of Japanese woodworking techniques.
