Organic Milk Kefir Grains

10g kefir grains, grown only in organic milk.

The grains will multiply with time, so you can either make more kefir with them or eat them. I quite like them to be honest, they have a texture like jelly gums. Pets love them too, and according to the “omniscient internet” kefir grains contain a significantly higher and more diverse range of beneficial bacteria and yeasts (probiotics) than the finished kefir drink.

Milk kefir is often okay for lactose-intolerant individuals because the fermentation process breaks down much of the lactose, and the probiotics in kefir can help improve lactose digestion, but tolerance varies, so please consult with your GP if you are lactose-intolerant.
