3D Printing/Reverse Engineering Service

Professional 3D printing, precision 3D scanning, reverse engineering and CAD design service for automotive parts, replacement components, prototypes and custom projects.

I can take an existing part, broken component, sketch or idea and turn it into a finished component.

Parts are printed in-house using a Bambu Lab P1S. More complex or curved parts can be 3D scanned and recreated in CAD, allowing the original design to be replicated, modified or improved.

For parts better suited to metal, I can design custom brackets, mounting plates, adapters and other machined components, with CNC manufacture arranged externally.

Automotive projects are particularly welcome, including difficult-to-find trims and custom-fit components.

Based in Ireland. One-offs and small quantities welcome. Collection or postage available.
