This is a decorative ceramic plate hand-painted by the noted Spanish designer José Royo Vilar. The plate features a colorful, vibrant"Flower Power" design with a peacock motif.its is made of ceramic and these plates often includes 24-carat gold detailing.. Dating from the 1960s or 1970s for display purposes only.
The back of the plate is stamped Jose Royo Vilar "España" (Spain)

The plate measures circa 13 inches tall and across and 11 inches tall. It’s in good shape condition no chips or cracks but a couple of little marks to be expected for age .
