200g Organic Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Jam with Cinnamon and Ginger
200g Organic Rhubarb and Bramley Apple Jam with Cinnamon and Ginger
Description
Delicious homemade jam made from approximately two-thirds Bramley apples, one-third organic rhubarb and demerera sugar, gently flavoured with fresh ginger root, ground ginger and ground cinnamon.
50% fruit and 50% sugar.
The Bramley apples give the jam a rich fruity sweetness while the rhubarb adds a pleasant tangy flavour. The ginger and cinnamon bring a subtle warmth without overpowering the fruit.
