Everything is in excellent condition and completely free to anyone who can use and enjoy it.The landlord is putting the house up for sale in a week, so all items must be collected within the next few days. Once it's gone, it's gone!

Living Room: Large, comfortable brown fabric 2-seater sofa with matching large footstool/ottoman, a solid wooden coffee table with rustic iron details, and a cozy green armchair with a matching round velvet footstool.

Beds & Bedding: 3 clean, comfortable single beds (mattress and base), Free duvets and covers (including the green floral set pictured) are available if you want them.

Decor & Lighting: A large, beautiful traditional red- and a larger double. area rug, plus a couple of lamps (including a floating-shelf style floor lamp and a bedside lamp).

Appliances & Storage: A stylish copper metal desk fan and a simple 3-tier wooden bedside/storage unit.

Requirement: Please bring appropriate help (extra muscle) and a large enough vehicle/van to transport the items yourself.
