I was thinking to to install it at my house but after all I decided to service my old alarm and sell this one.

@joe nangle Allarm and sensors should be working fine.
You can use it offline. But if you want to monitor on your phone you need to contact with phone wach only

Can I test the alarm before I buy ?

@kevin1020 Unfortunately I don't know code.
Factory data reset has to be done for reset all settings including code.
