Variegated Ribbon Grass, a good amount of clump will be given. I am downsizing my garden hence selling.

This grass has narrow, lance-shaped leaves that are reminiscent of bamboo in their spreading pattern. Its foliage is the main reason gardeners choose this grass, as its serene, swaying movement in the breeze is visually striking. Although the plant rarely blooms, when it does, the flowers are small and wispy.
