This is a substantial, high-quality timber play structure from Selwood, built to last. The original assembly instructions are included.

The timber remains very sound and structurally solid throughout. It has weathered naturally over the last couple of years and would benefit from a fresh coat of exterior stain or paint, after which it would look as good as new.

The playhouse is currently assembled. The buyer will almost certainly need a flatbed trailer, flatbed truck or similar vehicle to transport it, as it will most likely need to be moved in two large sections.

A new equivalent-quality timber play centre would cost a couple of thousand euro.
