Topsoil

This is topsoil from a raised plant bed. I've been emptying the bed itself as the owner doesn't have the time to manage it anymore. There was heavy plant growth in it so there's a good bit of roots throughout but it wasn't a hassle to dig out - definitely soil with some roots in it and not just a big bag of dead roots. There's about two thirds of a big skip-style canvas bag ready to go right now.

**The bag is NOT to be taken**

It's out the front so can be collected easily enough, buts it's absolutely critical that no mess be made. It'll likely be possible to back a van or a trailer in very close to the bag so should be no hassle to sweep up anything that gets dropped in the transfer.

Sorry to be so emphatic on that but it's not my house - it's close family and I did the work and this ad as a favour, I don't want it turning into something they have to clean up.

I forgot to get any pictures but we all know what dirt looks like.
