Hi,
I run a recording studio in Co. Kildare. I’m about a half from the city with a bus stop 2mins away. I record, produce and mix lots of different bands and solo artists. I also master a small amount of projects. I am also a Songwriter & multi instrumentalist and I compose and arrange for strings/ brass, etc. I am always looking to work with new artists and I am happy to trade or part trade recording, mixing or mastering time (including Producer/ Engineer) for all types of pro audio gear and quality instruments.
There are lots of great instruments @ the studio, Upright & Grand Piano, Various Drum sets, Hammond Organ and Leslie Speaker, various guitars acoustic & electric, 1963 Vox ac 30, Vox bass amp, 4 x 12 Marshall cabs, Cello, fender Rhodes, Vox Continental, double bass, a collection of analogue synths, I play all of above, great selection of mics, Neve 3282 Analog Console in Control Room 1, Cadac E Series, 30 channel in Control Room 2 24 track 2" tape machine, 16 track 2" tape machine, Otari 1/2" master tape deck, loads of outboard gear, a great couch, amazing coffee provided by a Gaggia Classic and complimentary grinder . I work with lots of other session musicians when needed, strings, brass, etc. This trade/ bartering deal has helped quite a few artists get their records made so please get in touch if you think it could work for u. @Tony Mcinerney hi Tony, thanks for getting in touch… I have produced, recorded and mixed in the Country genre for lots of different Artists. I worked mostly with American artists and some Irish Country/ Americana. If you want to send me an email I can send you a playlist of some of that work. Maybe include either some of your own recordings that you are happy with or some examples of other artists that have the sound/ quality you are after.

Just wondering Do you do cds recording I was thinking of making a 8 track CD with backing tracks for myself and maybe you could throw other instruments on to it ..if you do this how much do you charge many thanks .

@Shifty1234 hi, thanks for getting in touch. Do you mean, can I BURN recordings onto CD ? If so, yes, that’s no problem. The studio hire plus recording engineer hire per day is €500. If you want to chat further PM on here and I’m sure we could work something out.
