House Pre-Purchase / Building Snagging & Inspecting

I am offering a snagging/inspection service with regards to carrying out an independent survey/snag for prospective house buyers, both new & old builds.

The complete service will cost €300 total, which will entail me thoroughly inspecting the property, with a document produced outlining any issues identified.

I have extensive experience with all elements of construction, and can produce a comprehensive, professional document highlighting any defects/snags, which you can present to your prospective seller ahead of purchase.

A little bit about myself,

I have an Honours Degree in Architectural Technology and a Masters Degree in Fire Safety Practice. I have been working at an architectural and project management level for the last 10 years and have a broad knowledge of the construction industry. Note and for reference, I have recently worked as a Building Inspector with a local authority, and am currently a Quality Manager for a Tier 1 contractor delivering residential developments across Ireland.
