New, without box. Bought them for myself but are too small. My regular shoe size is 45EU / 10.5UK, after wearing them at home twice for 15-20 mins decided that are too tight. These are synthetic shoes, so they don't expand as much as leather shoes. The sizing chart from Ocun is very accurate, so I recommend them for someone with regular size shoes 44EU 9.5UK.
