My knee measures 15 inches and it's too tight so you'd need to be max 14 inches I'd reckon when you use the sizing chart in image 2.

When and why should you wear this knee support?
This knee pads provide compression at the knees for moderate impact sports such as power walking exercises that put strain on the knees such as squats and leg presses. It's comfortable to wear with its breathable knit, especially at the back of the knee. With its comfort zones at the kneecap and back of the knee, it doesn't hinder your movements. Can be worn against the skin, except when contraindicated, or on leggings.

Choosing the right size knee support
Measure your thigh circumference with measuring tape 8 cm above the centre of the kneecap. Match the value measured with the following chart: Size 1: 36 - 39 cm
