Nordic Track Freestrider Trainer FS5I (elliptical)

NordicTrack FreeStrider FS5i in very good condition. Bought 2022, used and kept indoors. Selling because i've moved house and don't have space for it. This is a long stride elliptical and particularly good if you have hip or knee issues and are avoiding impact exercise as this fairly well replicates running, without the impact.

The FreeStrider combines a stepper, a treadmill and an elliptical in one machine. The pedals follow the path of your legs, so you can switch between a short stepping motion and a long running stride without changing any settings.
