@Anna R: Not sure of the handlebar length as it's currently packed away, but can check at some point; do you mean the height of the bars from the platform? It is suitable for adults that weigh 100kgs or less. The asking price reflects it's condition etc. It's a a basis scooter btw, not electric powered.
