@ush86 Ukuleles and Banjoleles are normally tuned GCEA but you can experiment with different tunings. They are also strung with Nylon or Nygut strings and not steele like a banjo .
Okay! Thanks for the additional information! Trying to encourage a younger banjo player starting out, who is struggling with the reach and fret spacing on the 17 fret tenor. I've read of some people tuning these like tenor banjo. I'll see if they are interested and come back to you but thank you for your quick response and info. Regards
