@Smur
It’s 10 years old and strings haven’t been replaced. It hasn’t been played at all so strings haven’t had wear and tear. Hope that’s helpful.

@frances00 yes. I would like as close to asking price as possible please. It is in perfect condition. Although it is second hand, it has not been played.
€2,100 OFFERED
It will need a full new set of strings, even if they haven’t been played, unfortunately they will have degraded over the years. That will cost €500+ including service. That on top of your asking price makes it as if not more expensive than buying new

@Smur It would be about €3500 new due to VAT import fees and courier fees on top of the base harp price. I appreciate what you’re saying but a harpist I know played it recently to check the strings and they were fine with beautiful sound quality. I’m not in a rush to sell it but want a fair price for it.
Apologies I made an error on the last reply. The total cost to get that harp to Ireland if buying new would be between €4500-€5000.
€3700 for the harp, 23% VAT (€870) and approx €250 shipping.

Unfortunately the strings would definitely have to be replaced after 10 years, even without use so I’ll leave it. Thanks for your replies
@finnstertrax thanks for your offer. I’m not in a rush to sell it and would prefer closer to asking price.
No worries at all, thanks for the reply. I wouldn’t want to low-ball you, it’s a nice harp but I know that those harps aren’t far off your asking price new in the UK so I couldn’t justify anymore than my offer, and that would be subject to a good checking over at that. Best of luck with the sale and I’m only up the road in Dublin if you change your mind.
