Offer 25 , can collect friday afternoon, but i can not see the buggy handle bars on your pictures ,can you plesse send pictures and indicate can u extend the height of handle bars? Could you please measure height from the ground up to top of handle bars at their highest point? Sorry for the hassle but trying to see if not too small for my daughter to push it around. She is 9 years old ... thank you

@PaulineM92 Hi im so sorry for delay . I Was away and just home .I have put two more pictures up that shows the handle bar .The handle bar extends a little bit up to 31 inches from floor to bar .Hope this helps thanks
