1960's Tuxedo(Military)

Here is a very very nice 1960's dress tuxedo.. quite possibly military..The inside label on the jacket reads L.B Dickie 32 Ann Street Belfast..and the custodian's name.. which I believe reads Col J Christie 12/11/63..The trousers are very formal with a three chrome and decorated button high waistband..They have adjustable buttoned braces..14" from the bottom The trousers have fabric stirrups sewn in..these go under you socks to prevent creasing and have your trousers stiff straight..There is enough in all of that for me to be comfortable enough to call this a military dress tuxedo..sizes as follows

The jacket is single buttoned..two functioning outer pockets,one interior..no rear vent..
19" across the shoulders
31.5" in lengh
23.5" outer arm
18" under arm
21" across the bust
40 regular would be very very close

Trousers waist are fairly expandable with the high waistband..I am a 34" waist and they close and zip up in me comfortably.They have a 30" inside leg with a two inch turn up .They have two zip closed deep front pockets and one rear zip closed..
