@SarahFirz97 hi Sarah, the hemp boosters that I have have all been used so they are all “worn in” to their maximum absorbency. They are perfect for night time, as they absorb the most liquid, however, you should always account for them being the slowest at absorbing. Many people like to mix them with microfibre or bamboo inserts. They are ideal for night time!
