@Dnl: Yes ? the Mini Pro 2 can be installed at another house and it will still work as a basic ?plug?and?charge? unit. Once EO shut down the cloud service, all Mini Pro 2 chargers automatically reverted to 'dumb mode', meaning they no longer depend on the app, Wi?Fi or any cloud configuration to operate.

EO explicitly stated that after the shutdown, the Mini Pro 2 became a simple ?plug & play? charger. EO unlocked all units to prevent them being permanently tied to a previous owner or installation. This means there is no account lock, no pairing and no configuration needed.

It will start charging immediately when a car is plugged in. It does not need internet, Wi?Fi, or an EO Hub anymore.

Electrically it is just a 7 kW Mode 3 EVSE

If a qualified electrician wires it into a new supply (MCB + RCD/RCBO as required), it will behave like any other non?smart charger.

There is no geolocation lock, no pairing to the old house and no software dependency that would prevent reuse.
