Thanks for your message.
Yes, the castors are attached during assembly, so they are not permanently fixed at the factory. They are bolted onto the frame, which means in principle they can be changed out for larger castors if you wish — provided the fixing plate size and bolt spacing match.
The stand comes with 4 double swivel castors, 2 of which are braked. They are standard bolt-on castors rather than welded or fixed units.
I don’t have a close-up image of the castors to hand.

The cover is made from 1-ply air-permeable fleece, so it’s designed to be breathable rather than fully waterproof. It will offer light protection against dust and minor moisture, but it is not fully waterproof.
