Sorry, you are mistaken. I didn?t provide false information, but you might not be aware. From the EO website, the mini pro 2 is no longer supported and cannot be managed on the app. In their own words, from November 30th 2025, the mini pro 2 will be a ?dumb charger??.a type 2 socket. See their site if you doubt me.

I?m just on the lookout for a sturdy type 2 socket and expect several of these to hit the second hand market very soon. Lovely little units. Well made. Shame about EO cutting them loose.

Yes, exactly! Even though the legacy app will eventually be phased out, it will still remain active for a period of time, allowing users to continue using it for basic functions and existing features. Over time, though, support and updates will decrease, and users will be encouraged to transition to the new EO Cloud 2 platform and the EO 3 app for the best experience. So, it’s a gradual transition rather than an immediate cut-off.
