Thanks for the info, bear in mind our pellets are guaranteed food grade 100% oak for high heat, virtually no soot and include free delivery. Ooni and all pellet oven manufacturers recommend 100% oak or 100% beech.

Due to the low heat and soot that falls on to the pizza, they do not recommend soft wood pellets that are primarily designed for home heating boilers@Doddser
