This is a vintage Dansk Designs Kobenstyle paella pan, designed by Jens Quistgaard. It is yellow enamelware with the "IHQ" mark, which stands for the designer's initials.
This particular style was designed in 1956 and was originally made in Denmark with the early "four ducks" hallmark on the back.
The "IHQ" mark is associated with items made in France, which Dansk moved production to in the mid-1960s.
The yellow color is often referred to as "Sun Gold".
The pan is made of enameled steel or cast iron and is suitable for use on gas and electric hobs, as well as in the oven.
