Vietcong PC Sold Out Software

The iconic 2003 tactical Vietnam War shooter Vietcong for PC CD-ROM (Sold Out Software budget re-release).

Why Vietcong is a Tactical Masterpiece:

Gripping Storyline:

Set in 1967, you step into the boots of First Lieutenant Steve R. Hawkins, commanding a US Special Forces A-Team at the isolated Nui Pek outpost. The narrative strikes an authentic, grounded tone through detailed pre-mission briefings, atmospheric diary entries, and tense Recon missions deep in hostile territory.

Hardcore Tactical Gameplay:

Unlike run-and-gun shooters, Vietcong demands patience and teamwork. Utilize true point-of-aim iron sights, navigate dense jungle foliage, watch for deadly tripwires, and command a specialized squad including a medic, pointman, and radio operator to survive complex firefights and intricate underground tunnel networks.

Acclaimed Atmosphere & Soundtrack:

Critically praised upon release (earning strong 80%+ scores from major gaming outlets), the game is celebrated for its dense audio design, realistic weapon ballistics, and an incredible period-accurate 1960s rock soundtrack featuring tracks by The Standells, The Seeds, and Deep Purple.

Item Condition:

Discs: Like new / pristine with zero scratches. Tested and reads smoothly.

Packaging: Clean, intact DVD case with original cover art insert and inlay.
