Description

Large Vintage Coloured Print, 33 X 24 ins. including very ornate gilded glazed frame. ( Men of Destiny) original painting by listed Irish artist Jack B. Yeats, seems to be numbered 7/60 newspaper attached to rear is 1956 Irish Independent ( Not sure what relevance this has regarding date of print) all in good condition, frame showing signs of handling wear ( few very minor marks and chips, nothing serious) heavy lot.

Hi, sorry don’t know a lot about it purchased from a private client a couple of years ago who a believe purchased it at an auction, as regards the paper to the rear i wouldn’t have any information on it ( as pointed out in add) as it was present when purchased but doesn’t appear to have been disturbed for some time. Thanks and hope this is of some benefit to you.

Thank you so much for your reply, I assumed I’d you purchased from another you may have had answers. National gallery of Ireland also sell this print unframed so I was wondering what the difference would be
