P. Wilson oil on canvas painting
Description
For sale a beautiful oil on canvas painting from the famous British P. Wilson Steer, who was famous for landscapes, sea-scapes and was an influential art teacher.
It is a beautiful country scene with a farm house and its surroundings. These comprise of the adjacent trees and sheds with the lane coming up to the house.
There is stunning detail as you see the sheep grazing in the heath with the meandering River beside them.
The painting is signed by the artist in red on the bottom left hand side, please zoom in to see.
It has a gorgous gold frame.
The dimensions for the frame are 600mm x 500mm. The dimensions for the painting are 400mm X 300mm.
The painting and frame are in excellent condition.
