Authentic watercour painting by Captain J. D. Guille. 20th century Irish artist who specialised in Irish scenes. This painting is of a man fishing on The Long Meadow on the River Slaney.
Total measurement of frame 74 x 60 cms.
Painting itself 49 x 36 cms.
This painting has original mount, signed and inscribed with title and pencil sketch. Also includes the artist's words of person who is in the painting. There is damage to the mount, see photos. My understanding is this dates to 1967.
