Description
Antique coloured steel engraving of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin. The print dates from roughly 1871 and is after a drawing by W. H. Bartlett.
He is best known for his numerous sepia wash drawings which were rendered into steel engravings, in this case by F.W. Topham.
This vintage artwork which measures 22cm x 17cm is housed in a gilded wooden frame measuring 32cm x 27cm.
Engraving is in very good condition, there is very light aging to the paper.
