Acacia baileyana (Cootamundra Wattle / Golden Mimosa)

A fast-growing evergreen tree admired for its attractive silvery-blue fern-like foliage and masses of bright golden-yellow, fragrant flowers in late winter and early spring. Acacia baileyana, commonly known as Cootamundra wattle or golden mimosa, provides vibrant colour when little else is in flower and makes a striking specimen for sheltered gardens.
