Especially large leaves, slug resistant variety that grows very well in Ireland. Comes in a large 3L pot complete with slow release organic fertiliser and pH balanced compost tailored for these plants.

Returns every spring bigger each year with a modest spread. Plant in a shaded to semi shade area for best results, as with all hosta they prefer damp soil and can grow in heavy clay, if you have a very wet garden it can also be planted in full sun.

Leaves can grow to almost 1ft 30cm each and the plant can reach over 1m (3ft) tall and wide. Very delicate flower spike with white to lavenders spire of flowers appears in late summer early autumn. A great plant for under trees, to fill a border or a difficult damp shady spot in a garden.
