2 big Leaves top cutting.
It is rooting in semi hydro mediums at the moment. Please do not disturb it and let the root grow a lot more in this cup before transfer to your own mixed soil and well drain pot .

Bought this mother plant as Monstera Deli-Borsi Mint Variegated. So I am not sure if this is large or small form. The (mother plant)leaves are big and fenestrated. Can't see the wave at the end of stem But node is very short.

Similar to how albo are distinct from aurea, plants designated "mint" carry a variegation pattern making them distinct from albo & aurea. In the case of the Mint Monstera, "mint" denotes a thin green veining over white and lighter shade of green patches on foliage.
Mint Monsteras continue to be among the most expensive in the plant trade today. These plants are iconic overseas, and in all regions. During peak months in the summer of 2021, leaves were sold in Southeast Asia for as high as $7,000 each. The highest recorded sale of this plant is $85,000, a large high color and matured Mint Monstera with over 9 leaves.

In the US market, a lot of noise was made when a beautiful multi-leaf plant was actuioned and sold for $15,000 in November of 2021. More recently, in the United States, a sales auction conducted on Facebook in October of a full white mint rooted midcut sold for $4,700. Two leaf rooted matured top cuttings have sold for as high as $8,500. These are on the high end of recent offerings.

Lucky now the price comes down a lot way way more than when I bought the mother plant.
