When the leaf is young, you can't see the yellow variegation that much until the leaf is harden you will see marble yellow mixing with green.
When it got plenty of roots you can transfer into mixed chunky soil and well drain pot. Give bring indirect sunlight for beautiful variegation.

Philodendron Radiatum Variegated has yellow variegated on its remarkable incised leaves. The leaves can reach up to 90 cm long and 70 cm wide in mature plants. Also, this super gorgeous plant grows by climbing vertically.
