Grow from top cutting.
Water rooting.
There are some roots but need to continue rooting in this cup for more secondary roots. I would say around 1-2 months before transferring to your own mediums.

Monstera Green on Green GoG variegata (marbled)
Variegation: light, lime green against dark green. Expresses marbled striations of color that can be challenging to see until they age 2-3 weeks after unfurling.

Look after this plant same as you looking after your Albo and Aurea. New leaf come out green and will show the variegation by time. This is what I do..(you don't need to do same as me) When the GOG got darker I bring her at the window to get bright Sunlight 5-7 days then her light green show up more. But don't put too long as it will fade and the leaves may burn. You need to check. When I am happy with the colour I take it away from the bright Sunlight and give normal indirect light)
