Crinodendron hookerianum (Chilean lantern tree) is an evergreen shrub or small tree valued for its glossy dark green foliage and striking, pendant, lantern-like red flowers that appear in late spring to early summer. Best grown in a sheltered position with partial shade and protection from cold, drying winds, it thrives in moist but well‑drained, humus‑rich, acid (ericaceous) soil. Ideal as a specimen for woodland-style or sheltered gardens, it can become a substantial feature over time. Prune lightly after flowering to shape and remove wayward growth.

Hi there you seem to have a lot of plants, are they all the same as the pictures? I'm looking to fill a garden at the moment with larger and smaller plants. Maybe we could do a deal? I like more simple flowers and am going for a tropical look overall.

@Suzisalam The only ones I have that would suit the exotic style is the Crinodendron hookerianum and the tree peony. You could add Red hot pokers also. Check my Ads and see if you like them. But most of what I grow is cottage garden perennials and borders.
