Is it refurbished? And is it covered by warranty?

@sin0city: It's a replacement for a faulty console, so a brand new unit covered by the manufacturer's warranty and then the consumer rights act for 6 years. Receipt is included.

Hi there, when was the very first console originally bought? Is the warranty still active, and do you have both the original purchase receipt and the Smyths replacement receipt? Thanks

@Chris Raul: I purchased the original console in August 2023, and yes I have the receipts for both (replacement receipt is shown in the photos). The hard drive failed in the original, hence the replacement. The replacement is covered by the usual manufacturers warranty, and under Irish consumer protection law you are entitled to a repair/replacement/refund from the vendor for a faulty product for 6 years after the purchase. Regardless of the manufacturer's warranty. This is where the replacement console came from
