La bresse is a premium french dual-purpose breed, renowned for both excellent egg production and outstanding meat quality. These slow-growing birds are ideal for organic, free-range, and smallholder systems.

Our flock originates from imported hatching eggs, and we can provide full traceability from hatching egg to breeding flock and day-old chick.

We hatch chicks in batches throughout the year to fulfil advance orders. We also hatch a small number of extra chicks with each batch, meaning we often have smaller numbers available for those with limited space or those wishing to keep a small family flock.
