The DCD796 combination hammer drill is DeWalt's best selling power tool since launch thanks to it being nearly bulletproof, powerful and feature packed. It has a premium 13mm keyless 3 jaw chuck. Moving back from the chuck is the torque adjustment ring, that allows you to tune-in the screwdriving force exerted before the clutch releases. The torque ring can also be put into drilling mode to prevent the clutch letting go, and turned further, engages the hammer function for concrete and masonry drilling. Rear further is the control for the 2 speed all-metal construction gearbox that allows you to prioritise either speed or torque.

The DCF887 impact driver gives you ultimate control over the desired screwdriving or nut driving applications. One of the most striking features of the 887 is the ring of three LEDs around the bit holder. This 'halo' gives brilliant lighting exactly where you need it, and the placement of the lights helps to reduce shadows caused by single-point work lights. The driver takes your standard impact rated 1/4" hex shank drop-in bits, giving you an excellent range of screwdriving, nut driving, and even wood drilling options.

The kit is supplied in a T-Stak II kit box which has space for everything included, with an insert that securely holds the contents safely during transportation. This kit a steal for the professional of many different trades, but at this price point would also be a fantastic option for the enthusiast DIY user.
