New damaged commercial dehumidifier

Condition: New

Selling a high-end dehumidifier that retails for €500 new. Selling strictly as-is for parts or repair. Bought it as it is with damage to sides. It was part of a job lot of dehumidifiers I bought.
The unit turns on fine, the buttons and screen work, and the fan blows air smoothly. However It doesn't seem to be collecting any water as there isn't any dripping from the pipe outlet after running for half an hour.
I don't know how to fix it, so it would be ideal for an HVAC technician, handyman, or someone who knows how to repair appliances or wants it for spare parts (like the fan motor, casing, or circuit board).
