I have been refurbishing them for the last six years. The bumper bar is definitely a Bugaboo cameleon 2 bumper bar. Unless you have the wrong bumper bar with it. The easiest way to confirm is the older Bugaboo cameleon 2 Has a black piece of plastic above the front wheels that you squeeze to release the front wheel. The cameleon 3 has a rectangular white button that you push to release the front Wheels. If you add an extra photo or two of the front wheels it will be easy to tell.
