Hitt Spar bar Boxing bar for sale in excellent condition but no longer used.
Excellent for improving reaction speed, coordination and punching accuracy.
Ball & bar are made of rubber, and a high strength urethane foam filler.
• Height adjustable from: 140 - 190 cm (up to 6ft 2 inches)
• Spar bar length: 62cm
• Diameter of circle target: 19cm
• Weight of the base when full is 60kg and also sticks to the floor with suckers and can be filled with water or sand.
