Dimplex OFXE Series Oil Filled Radiator
It is a portable electric panel radiator that uses permanently sealed special thermal oil to distribute heat evenly and uniformly across the room.
Unlike blocky column heaters, the OFXE models feature a slimline, flat-panel style designed for floor-standing use only with securely fitted feet.
It has an IP20 rating (meaning it is protected against solid objects up to 12mm but has no water protection, which is why the text warns "DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE IN A BATHROOM").

No Cover: Never drape clothes or towels over it to dry, as this presents a major fire hazard.
