kona lightweight road bike like new

Hi, I'm interested in the bike.
I'm 180 cm (5'11"), and I noticed the ad says it won't suit anyone over 5'9". Could you tell me your height and whether you think it would fit me?
I also have a few questions:
Are all the gears working smoothly?
Are both brakes working properly?
Is there any rust on the chain, cassette, brake parts or any other components?
Has the bike ever been stored outside, or has it always been kept indoors?
Are there any cracks, dents or only normal cosmetic scratches?
Are the wheels straight, with no wobble?
Is there any play in the headset, bottom bracket or wheel bearings?
Does the bike need any repairs or servicing?
Could you send me a close-up photo of the chain, cassette, rear derailleur and the frame serial number?
If everything is in good condition as described, I'd be happy to come and have a look.
