Description

Motom Typhoon road bike for sale.

51cm frame size, measured from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube.

The bike is in good working condition and everything works as it should. It has been cleaned and checked over, and the gear and brake cables have been lubricated.

Features:

51cm aluminium frame
Shimano drivetrain
Shimano front wheel
Mavic CXP22 rear wheel
New chain
Drop handlebars
Road tyres
Bottle cage
Good brakes and gears
Comfortable saddle
New handlebar end plugs fitted

The bike has been used and has some cosmetic marks and surface corrosion on some components, as shown in the photos. These are cosmetic and don’t affect its operation.

A good, straightforward road bike for commuting, fitness, training or someone looking to get into road cycling without spending a fortune.

Please note:

The plastic toe cage/strap on the left pedal is damaged (chewed by a dog). The pedal itself is still usable, but the cage can be removed or the pedal replaced if preferred.

The gear indicator window on the shifter has become cloudy/faded with age, so the gear position is difficult to see. The shifter itself works correctly.

Ready to ride.

Collection available in Bettystown/Co Meath or Lucan/Co Dublin.

Reasonable offers welcome.
