The XT8 is a top class router that can be used as a mesh to give coverage across an entire home.
Some key features of the XT8.
- if you have eir/sky fibre you can just skip their router entirely and hook this up directly for a neat and simple setup
- it is a tri band router. So if you are using it as a mesh, it offloads the traffic between the routers to a separate channel that means you should see much better performance.
- absolutely rock solid, great speed and signal
- 2.5gb wan port. So pretty future proofed as broadband speeds improve
- no subscription for advanced filtering features etc.
