**Vivobarefoot San-Dal Unisex Leather Barefoot Sandals – Sizes 44 & 45**

Handmade in Namibia from chrome-free and metal-free Namibian eland leather, with handcrafted ostrich-eggshell bead detailing. They feature a leather footbed and no insole, giving a very natural, close-to-the-ground barefoot feel.

As barefoot as it gets. The San-Dal is a minimal, natural leather sandal handmade by the Ju'/hoansi San people of the Kalahari Desert. Designed for strong feet and skilful movement, they sustained the San people for thousands of years. Working in collaboration with Future Footwear Foundation and guided by the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, we have established a long-term partnership with the Ju'/hoansi San people, to support the regeneration of a lost craft and preserve ancient (barefoot) wisdom.

Each pair comes with its original cloth hunting bag and a booklet telling the story of the San people.
